Public Parks

The Town of Krotz Springs operates two public parks:

Nall Park

Located at the corner of Front Street and Eighth Street, Nall Park features include:

  • Covered activities pavilion with kitchen and vending area
  • Three covered picnic areas with view of playground
  • Covered performance stage
  • Baseball field and fenced practice area
  • Outdoor basketball court
  • Walking path and veterans memorial
  • Kids’ playground area

Nall Park is home to family-oriented gatherings including our annual Easter Egg Hunt and Fourth of July fireworks celebrations.

Residents can also reserve the main pavilion or picnic areas for family gatherings, birthday parties and holiday celebrations on a first-come, first-serve basis.  A $25.00 advance deposit is required to reserve a pavilion in Nall Park.  To reserve a pavilion, the performance stage, or any of our playing fields please contact Town Hall:

Hill Park

Located south of the Union Pacific Railroad tracks at the corner of Second Street and Todd Avenue, Hill Park features include:

  • Baseball field with bleachers, public restroom and vending facilities
  • Outdoor basketball court
  • Two tennis courts
  • Large open playing field suitable for football or soccer practice (no goalposts)
  • Paved walking path around entire park

Any of these playing fields can be reserved for sports, family gatherings, birthday parties and holiday celebrations on a first-come, first-serve basis.  For more information please call Town Hall:
